How important is sales messaging?

Clearly, what you say, when and how you say is important. Sending the right message to prospects enables them to differentiate you between your competitors.

Being able to connect with your prospects and turn them into customers depends in part on the specifics of your sales messaging; i.e., the way you define and communicate your unique value.
