Make money through enjoyment - the PebbleStorm ethos

Why do you do your job?  Why do you work on projects?  The answer is likely that you work to make money and you work for personal gratification and enjoyment.  If you hated your work 100%, you would chose a different career.  One of the best things about working at Leads360 is that the people here genuinly enjoy their jobs in addition to being well compensated for their work.

One of the major forces in the development of this company has been Aaron Ross.  He has helped us with designing a great sales process for lead management software and he has helped us find even more ways to enjoy what we do.  He is currently putting time into a project of his called PebbleStorm, which is devoted to helping people make money as a byproduct of enjoying their work.  It’s the old “do what you love, love what you do” idea but brought into a much more practical and useful context?  How to you monitze your enjoyment?  Aaron posted a great overview of his efforts here.
