This means lower rates for those who were previously stuck with having to assume a &quot;Jumbo&quot; loan which tends to cost a little bit more rate wise. I think it was an important move, especially here in California where it is nearly impossible find a property that would fit within the previous guidelines of $417,000. 

This news coupled with the still historic low interest rates could the shot in the arm the industry is looking for. There are plenty of people that still need help with loans so it is time to get re-focused and keep our eyes on the prize because the opportunities are out there. Are you poised to take advantage of them?</description>
